- The policy says the audio, transcript and minutes of a meeting recorded on the Mac stay on the user's device. The Mac app deletes the audio itself after 7 days, and the user can choose 30 days in the settings.
- What it does not show
- The 7 days is the default in the German policy, and the other choice the policy names is 30 days. The rule covers the audio kept on the Mac. The transcript and minutes have their own rule, which is that they stay until the meeting is deleted.
