In the source's own words
“Temporary web audio uploads are not intentionally retained after the request.”
Wispro privacy policy, Wispro, 2026, Section 1, Audio and transcribed text.
Open the original- What it measures
- The website demo passes audio through Wispro's website server so it can be forwarded to Groq and the result returned. The Windows app does not use that path: the same section says it sends audio directly to Groq.
- What it does not show
- Only the optional website demo is covered, not the Windows app. The words are 'not intentionally retained', which is a statement of intent rather than a deletion period. Groq's handling of the audio is governed by its own terms.
