What it measures
Meeting Assets are defined in the policy as original audio recordings, transcripts, AI-generated notes, speaker labels, and search or indexing data. Deleting a meeting removes its assets. The policy gives this as the current position and says different periods may apply by plan, account or feature in the future.
What it does not show
This describes the default position on the date read. It gives no day count for live recordings, and it does not say whether people review recordings. Backups and some logs may be kept for further limited periods that the policy does not state in days.
