What it measures
The same home page says '99 languages for speech. This site also reads in 28 of them', so the 99 is the speech count and the 28 is the count for the site's own text. The Windows version of the same paragraph says the speech to text runs on your PC, so it works offline.
What it does not show
The page gives one count for the whole app and does not list the 99 languages. Offline use is stated for the speech to text, not checked by us for each language.
