Goodmeet's privacy policy says meeting content stored in signed-in mode is kept until the user deletes it or closes their Good Systems Account. It names no number of days. The policy also says Goodmeet does not access meeting content unless the user sends it for support.

In the source's own words

“we will not access or collect data (including any Personal Data) from your meeting recordings, transcripts, notes or summaries unless you provide it to us directly ... meeting content stored in signed-in mode is retained until you delete it through Goodmeet or your Good Systems Account is closed”

What it measures
Signed-in mode syncs and stores meeting content on cloud infrastructure that Good Systems operates on Amazon Web Services, in data centers in the European Union and the United States. The policy says guest mode does not store content on Goodmeet's servers.
What it does not show
The 'we will not access' sentence is general, and the policy names support diagnostics as the exception. Review is recorded as No on that basis. The training clause allows training only with explicit opt-in consent, is not a review rule, and is not part of this row. The Goodmeet homepage says meetings are never used to train models, which differs from the policy.
