Open the original- What it measures
- The policy's retention section for Goodmeet. It applies to meeting content in signed-in mode after the Good Systems Account is closed, and refers to the Good Systems General Terms for the deletion step.
- What it does not show
- The 30 days starts at account closure, not when a recording is made. Until then, content stays until the user deletes it (see the signed-in row). 'Within 30 days' sets an upper limit, so deletion may come sooner. The 'we will not access' sentence is general and names support diagnostics as the exception.
