- Meeting hosting is an optional paid add-on. When it is on, the meeting's notes, transcripts and questions are stored on Vokalu's servers, encrypted. The policy says audio is never stored.
- What it does not show
- The 30 days run from the end of hosting. The policy gives no fixed period while hosting stays on. Meeting notes kept on the user's computer follow a separate rule.
