Spellar privacy policy, Spellar, 2026, Access to Audio Recordings.

Open the original
What it measures
The policy's section on access to audio recordings states the general rule first and then lists the exceptions. The exceptions are support requests, suspected Terms violations, legal obligations and protecting rights or safety, and the policy's wording on improving algorithms as the Terms describe.
What it does not show
This is a default with exceptions, not a promise that no person ever hears a recording. The policy says staff may access recordings in the listed cases, and the rule covers recordings only, not transcripts.
