What it measures
A report holds the user's message, email address, the app's log for the session (up to its last 1,500 lines), and the policy says the log 'includes what you asked sideOS to do and text you dictated during that session'. The report is sent only when the user chooses 'Report a problem', and it goes to the support inbox so sideOS can reply.
What it does not show
Review is recorded as 'Only if you opt in' because the report reaches people only when the user sends one. The policy says the report goes to 'our support inbox so we can reply' but does not describe who reads it.
