Open the original- What it measures
- Section 2 of the page says the processor may keep prompts, contextual information and output, which LotusQ describes as its audio and transcript, for up to 55 days to detect and prevent abuse, and that its staff may review content its systems flag. LotusQ says it holds an exception to that processor's prompt-logging policy, and that the usage policy for the interface it calls states the 55-day period and describes no exception.
- What it does not show
- The page does not say whether the exception also stops staff review of flagged content, so it does not settle whether people review LotusQ dictations. The 55 days are the processor's own terms, which this page does not verify. LotusQ says the other speech processor keeps nothing.
