In the source's own words

DiscoverAPP privacy policy (NoteMind), DiscoverAPP, 2026, Section 8, Data Retention, bullet 'Support data'.
Open the original- What it measures
- Support data is what you send when you contact DiscoverAPP by email or in-app support: your message, any attachments you choose to send, and your email address if you give it (section 4.1). Attachments may include recordings, so the rule can reach voice data.
- What it does not show
- The source gives months, not days. The 365 is a conversion of 12 months. The rule is the upper limit, and deletion can come sooner on request. It covers support contacts, not the NoteMind library itself.
