- Applies to the text generated from uploaded files, meetings and dictation. The same section says that deleting a transcription removes it immediately and permanently from the company's servers.
- What it does not show
- The rule covers the text only. The 14-day deletion of audio and video files is a separate rule. The policy does not say how long deleted text stays in backups.
