Open the original- What it measures
- Covers files uploaded for transcription. The terms of service say the same rule in other words: audio and video files uploaded as saved transcription jobs are deleted automatically after 14 days from the date of upload.
- What it does not show
- The 14 days is the period after which the files are removed, not a fixed time. The policy does not say whether a user can ask for earlier deletion of the file itself. Transcript text is kept separately, see the transcripts fact.
