SotaX Technology JSC, the operator named in the policy, 2026
Read the originalRead on October 25, 2026
- What it is
- The privacy policy of the NoteX: AI Note Taker app, Version 2.0, last revised 10 Feb 2026. Its retention table gives periods for meeting transcripts, deleted content and account data, and it says AI providers discard content after processing.
- How much weight it carries
- The product's own policy on its own domain, read in full on 2026-10-25. It names SotaX Technology JSC (Vietnam) as the data controller and does not mention Notionis Technologies Pte. Ltd., the company the research brief gives for NoteX. A web search found no link between Notionis and NoteX, so the operator is unconfirmed. The retention table does not say which data types 'deleted content' covers.
