Walkie: Speech to Text & Text to Speech in One App, B150, 2026, FAQ: What languages does Walkie support?.
Open the original- What it measures
- The answer is in the FAQ on Walkie's English homepage. The count is the set of languages its Whisper models support. The page does not say which languages run in On-Device Mode.
- What it does not show
- 100+ is a minimum, so 100 is the figure the page states, not an exact total. Parakeet is English-only, so the number of languages depends on the model chosen. The page does not cover Read Aloud voices, which are a separate feature.

- Note
- The page says 100+, a lower bound, so 100 is recorded as the page's figure. On device is recorded as Some languages because the FAQ names an English-only model and does not list the languages On-Device Mode runs.
