What it measures: Section 5 of the policy, last updated 14 July 2025, covers account data, texts used for voice generation and API-generated content. It says account data is kept for as long as the account is active. It gives no period for transcripts made in the app.
What it does not show: The 60 days covers API-generated content only. Section 8 of the same policy gives a different period for enterprise API files: they are accessible by link for 30 to 60 days.
