- What it is
- The Job Accommodation Network's ongoing survey of employers who contacted it for advice, updated 17 September 2025. This edition draws on 5,406 employer responses from surveys sent to employers who contacted JAN between 2019 and 2024, and reports what accommodations cost and what employers gained.
- How much weight it carries
- JAN is funded by the US Department of Labor's Office of Disability Employment Policy and this survey has run since 2004. The sample is employers who chose to contact JAN and answer, not a random sample of all employers, and costs are self-reported.
