Open the original- What it measures
- JAN surveyed employers who had contacted it for accommodation advice between 1 January 2019 and 31 December 2024 (report updated 17 September 2025). No-cost examples given in the report include changing a work schedule or a company policy.
- What it does not show
- Respondents are employers who chose to contact JAN and answer the survey, not a random sample, and costs are self-reported. It covers all kinds of accommodation, not software alone.
