- What it is
- A blog article from the typing test site typingtest.me that compares where a typing certificate can come from, including its own free self-generated certificate, paid vendors, school labs and employers.
- How much weight it carries
- Written by the site's own founder about the site's own product, so it is a vendor's account. Its comparison of certificate sources is useful for the differences in verification, but its claims about what employers accept are the author's, not an employer policy.
Facts taken from this source
- The typingtest.me site says the free certificate it generates is not proctored and has no external verification link.
