Use API keys to access APIs
Google Cloud, n.d.
Read the originalRead on October 17, 2026
- What it is
- Google Cloud's page on using API keys. It says which kinds of Google Cloud API accept API keys, and tells readers to check each service's own documentation.
- How much weight it carries
- Official Google documentation, read on the accessed date. It is a general page about all Google Cloud APIs, so it does not settle whether Speech-to-Text accepts keys; the service's own pages must be checked.
Facts taken from this source
- Google says that not all Google Cloud APIs accept API keys to authorize usage, so you must check the documentation of the service you want to call.
