What it measures
Zotero's word processor plugin adds a citation toolbar to Word and other programs. The support page gives separate steps for each program, such as Word for Windows.
What it does not show
A keyboard shortcut is not a voice command. The steps we read are for Word for Windows; Mac menus and other programs differ.
