- The sentence follows Microsoft's setup note, which says the speech models download in the background and that the Fluid dictation option appears dimmed until the download finishes.
- What it does not show
- The default applies only once the on-device models have finished downloading. Until then, the setting is dimmed. Microsoft's page does not give the size of the download.
