Open the original (DOI 10.1093/jamia/ocag157)- What it measures
- Two standardized simulated visits were recorded, and each vendor produced notes from the same recordings. Physician reviewers compared each note with the recording and counted hallucinations, omissions and inaccuracies.
- What it does not show
- Exploratory, with two simulated visits and three vendors. The counts are not per visit and cannot rank products reliably. The authors found that clinician preference did not track the error counts.
