What it measures
Microsoft's Voice Access command list has a table called Dictate punctuation marks. Each row shows the mark and the words you can say for it, and the names are listed in the order Period, Comma, Question mark, Exclamation mark.
What it does not show
The table lists more names than voice typing does, and not every name works in every app. If one name fails, try the other name from the same row.
