Open the original- What it measures
- The sentence is the authors' opening description of the problem, written in Spanish. The paper then proposes a method that analyzes intonation to decide where the tilde belongs.
- What it does not show
- The paper gives no percentage for how often tildes are dropped, and it describes recognizers from 2016. Modern engines, including Whisper, write tildes more often, so treat this as a known weakness rather than a current rate.
