What it measures
Voice Isolation is a Windows Voice access option that filters out other speakers and background noise. Setup asks you to record your voice once, and the page says all speech processing happens on your device.
What it does not show
The page describes the Voice access setting. It does not say how the stored voice signature is used beyond filtering, and it covers Voice access only, not other dictation tools.
