Open the original (DOI 10.1080/09593985.2025.2463902)- What it measures
- The authors pooled randomized controlled trials of kinesio taping for mild-to-moderate carpal tunnel syndrome, comparing taping with control, orthoses and other conservative treatment. The meta-analysis was registered in PROSPERO before the search.
- What it does not show
- The authors rate the evidence as low to moderate quality. The abstract does not say how long the long-term follow-up was in each trial, and the result is for pain only, not for nerve tests.
