Open the original- What it measures
- The Dragon 16 release notes have a section called Locating your serial number, placed under the upgrade instructions. It applies when you upgrade from an earlier version.
- What it does not show
- The sentence says the old installation's number is needed. It does not say what to do if you no longer have that number, so ask Nuance or your seller before you assume it can be recovered.
