What it measures
This is Apple's description of bilingual typing on the keyboard. It is about typing, and Apple's pages do not describe the same feature for Dictation.
What it does not show
It names only supported language pairs and says to check the feature availability page for them. It does not describe mixing two languages inside one dictated sentence.
