Open the original- What it measures
- The accuracy requirement applies to the transcript produced in the practical exam, which is the same kind of task as producing a legal transcript from a recording. AAERT lowered the score from 98 percent in March 2026.
- What it does not show
- This is the pass mark for one professional exam, not an industry standard for every transcript. It measures a transcript against a reference, so it does not show what accuracy a given job needs.
