Open the original- What it measures
- The Gemini app had offered a shortcut to switch back to Google Assistant from its account menu. The report says the shortcut is gone in these builds of the Google app.
- What it does not show
- Describes app builds from late September 2026. Google's own help page, read from an archived copy, still describes a Switch to Google Assistant path, so the two sources disagree. Check the menu on your own phone.
